Hai friends,
I think and also sure that most of people will agree with me that reservation system based on caste should not be there.. Because its only increasing differentiation in the students who works hard to clear an exam. Instead of this Government may help those SC,ST people who are not able to pay the required fees by giving them concession (which government is already doing).
Recruiting people based on caste system is just diluting the quality of effort needed for the job. If all people treat every one equally then what is the need for this.
